Who LOIS Is Built For

Women of fifty and over. Fifty rather than fifty-five, chosen deliberately and chosen early. What you bring is thirty years of judgement, and that is exactly the point.

What You Can Count On

The core of LOIS is free to you, and stays free. Every role carries its salary on the face of the card, so you learn what the work pays before you give up an evening. Your profile is yours to edit, pause or close whenever you please.

What LOIS Counts On From You

That the working life you describe is the one you lived. That the roles you reach for are ones you mean to pursue. Two ordinary courtesies, and they are the whole list.

For Employers And Agencies

One credit publishes one role, and it stays live until she is found rather than expiring on a calendar. Credits last two years from the day you buy them. A single listing is $159, and the price per role falls as you take more.

A role you publish carries its salary. That is a condition of listing on LOIS rather than a preference, and it applies to every role without exception.

When Plans Change

Credits you have not spent come back to you, whenever you ask. A role already published has had what it was bought for, so that one stays spent. Write and a person answers — there is no form for this.

If These Terms Change

We write to you first, in a letter that says what moved and why. The date this page last changed sits at the foot of it.

LOIS is one of the five social enterprises under Madame Monet Social Impact, and these terms are governed by Australian law.
