Pattern: Hybrid · four days in the studio, Fridays wherever suits you

Two of us leave at three on a Thursday and nobody has ever once asked why. You will not be explaining yourself here.

Production weeks run hot, roughly six a year, and we say so before you ask.

What we do well

Thursday lunch, every week, all twenty-six of us at one table with the phones face down. It has survived three office moves and one very bad year.

Where we are struggling

Our finance function is half-built and it shows. You would be walking into both, with our hands held up about it.

How You Will Know It Is Yours

You have run operations somewhere that outgrew its systems, and you can still remember what it cost. You are sick of being the only person who writes anything down. You find the difficult conversation easy and the small talk exhausting, and you would rather fix a process once than be thanked for rescuing it eleven times.
